All purchases will be shipped in a timely manner, as soon as payment is received and it is verified/collected. Careful attention is paid to the packaging of fragile items. We know from personal experience that there is nothing worse than being excited to receive a one of a kind work of art, only to have it arrive broken. As a result, we go the extra mile on packaging to do what we can to make sure that it arrives safely. However, of course, we cannot guarantee safe arrival of items sent through 3rd party delivery services. We recommend purchasing insurance through the carrier of your choice.

- We at DeSilva Imports value the trust you have demonstrated by visiting us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We guarantee the quality and artistry of all our products, including the natural stones used in our beautiful sterling silver jewelry. As a result, we will accept returns and exchanges of any and all items for 15 days from the date you receive your shipment. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your item(s) within this timeframe, should the need arise, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will provide you with an internal control number and the address to be used for all returns. Returns made without an internal control number (ICN) will not be accepted. We appreciate your business, and look forward to providing you with an outstanding level of customer service.
